Cornerstone Presbyterian Church is part of the Presbyterian Church of Australia (Presbytery of Derwent). Cornerstone's pastor is Campbell Markham, who has come over recently from Perth, Western Australia.

Cornerstone began as combined church plant of Crossroads Presbyterian Church and Kingston Reformed Church in 2002. Since that time, under the ministry of David Jones, the church has gradually grown to the point of planting a new congregation in 2009 (Mount Stuart). Mt Stuart's minister is David Jones.
